Wait - so if Alfred and Wayne are in their late 20's (Alfred said he'd been in the army for 10 years - assuming he joined at 18), how old are they going to be when Bruce is born? Is he going to become Batman in their version of the 80's?

I know it's moot, because it's a prequel, but I'm still trying to figure out the time frames.

As with Gotham just gonna assume they’re doing their own everything in regards to the Batman continuity/whatever. Good for people who just want anything related to Batman I guess. Gotham wasn’t for me, but Alfred as a character has always intrigued me. I’ll watch the season after it’s over, but only if it’s renewed for a second

After I finished Gotham I swore off Superhero prequel shows. I deleted Krypton which had the audacity to be about Superman's grandpa.

I want to watch it just to see how they did with the concept. I always considered Batman and Alfred to be like Holmes and Watson. Now, I get to see Watson run around but it still has the tone of DC universe
