Lifting weights can be fun but it can be boring at times. If you get bored, yall need to jump on that MMA(boxing, wrestling, ju jitsu, muay thai etc) grind. shyt will make you feel like a superhero. Mixing them both is the goat.

At the end of the day, as long as you're doing something physical and you're happy with it, then you're good to go.

Breh it won’t even take a year I started lifting back in August I was 152 now I’m 180 just like you said dude has to eat a lot and lift heavy
