1-2 hr treadmill, 1 hr Elliptical Trainer, 1-2 hrs machines and lifting. yesterday i switched it up and did 55 mins of ab work and grabbed some 5 lb dumbbells and did some shadow boxing.
55 minutes of ab work
I need that breakdown for 55 minutes of abs. Shyt has to be brutal.no s.p. got a lil beer belly happening and i don't drink beer these days.
knocked down another 500+ set a couple of days ago and i'm making progress. did my last 100 reps of the ab workout with a 25 weight.
