"Streetwear" IMO would be

Akoo
Hustle Gang
De. Kryptic (Boondocks :wow:)
Merch Traffic
Runtz
Makobi (Simpsons :whoo:)

Even back in the day I don't consider Polo and shyt like that as "streetwear" it was Enyce, Rocawear, State Property, Phat Farm, FUBU, Avirex, Dada, etc.

:heh:

Even TI wasn't wearing that AKOO shyt.

None of them brands were streetwear either...those were just things that rappers wore in the 2000's.

Do you know the difference between streetwear and what nikkas in the street are wearing?
truth

many folks don't know the differens between streetwear and "urban" clothing.

i never considered any rappers brands as streetwear outside of Pharell and Kanyes brands/collabs

The streetwear convo runs in parallel with the sneaker one.

A lot of these cats grew up in the culture, so it's not like they just abandoned everything as they got older.

A lot of the longerstanding brands have incorporated more subtle designs and the overly gaudy all over print stuff isn't really a thing anymore.

It's still weird that this idea of what people in their late 20's-30's or "grown men" should wear exists...despite all these folks influencing younger folks to wear shyt.....are all in the late 30's and 40's.

ofc, but balanced though. I was never TOO into leaning heavily into one style growing up (always had blazers, suits an such)

The lines between Streetwear and Menswear is more blurred than ever. A lot of Streetwear brands have mature pieces for an older clientele and have gaudy shyt for the kids.

Eastside of that Motor
VLONE? :mjlol:

These aren’t streetwear; at least, they aren’t quality streetwear. These brands fall under the category of hypebeast wear, imo.

Actual GOOD streetwear brands are:

3Sixteen
Norse Projects
APC
Filson
Nah top 3 street wear is probably supreme, kith, and vlone. Vlone and street wear in general don’t hit with me but vlone is up there
