Yes and no. The market will be flooded with people who passed a test but that doesn't mean those people can do the job. I didn't watch the full video(will watch it later) but I just want to say that he didn't get to 200k because he passed a test. He got there because he was willing to make himself uncomfortable for a better opportunity. What I mean by that is that he was willing to take on a task he had no clue on what to do and teach himself how to do it. Problem solving 101. I hope that is what everyone who watches the video catches that point cause without that, you will have a hard time getting far in IT.I don't know how I feel about ppl spreading the secrets. Market about to flood and saturate
