He was always going to get charged due to the fallout of what happened with Mark Duggan (similar situation but wrong intel). They only did it to be proactive & prevent riots. But I doubt anything will come out of it.
Itch (Chris) was a terror on road & I’m pretty sure they had an intel that he’s going to ride out on an OPP & he had the machine on him. And the fed who pulled the trigger had it in mind before the chase.
