If you think a black man is scared of a mexican you are sadly mistaken. The issue 'some' blacks have with mexicans is that they vastly outnumber blacks. It's something like 40% of the city is mexican, and only 8% are black. In situations where the numbers are even or not in their favor, I am almost certain they are on hush mode. Case in point, other cities where they do not have the numbers. same people, different energy. black people on the other hand will have the same energy no matter where, and folks keep saying not toward the white man, but statistics state otherwise.
