The right way, the wrong way and the Max Power way
14 year olds have no business in college, they're not emotionally ready.

So many stories about child prodigies that went to college early ended up miserable and burnt out because they missed out on their childhoods.

Bro... I'm literally trying to keep a goofy ass smile off my face watching that.

If it was guaranteed that I could make a kid like that... Id at least think about having one.

I know his parents are so proud

My nephew plays football but this nikka is a damn genius.
And I want to have a Convo with him about quitting football cause we don't give a sht about that stuff.
I know it makes him happy tho.
I would love to see him focus strictly on academics like this young man did
You've got an intelligent nephew who's enjoying the best of both worlds in high school and you wanna take away something he enjoys for what? The the discipline, teamwork and competion you learn playing sports can't be replicated. It will create a much better rounded adult than pushing him solely into academics.

Check the amout of Ivy League football players that went on to be successful in other walks of life.

Ur kid takes a bad hit and that nikka end up retarded or not breathing. It ain't worth it

U definitely can replicate team work and discipline in many ways bro. And be a well rounded adult without playing sports. What are u talking about my G.
There's also a prevalence of toxic traits and injuries too .
The most successful people probably played no sport at all.

Where literally watching a 14 in college not playing sports but spent all his time on education, succeeding

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
We gotta stop denigrating our educated youth man, he a young buck dressing proper that was normal back in the day. Saying he 14 going on 40 is some low key shade that'll discourage another kid from following his path. If we have/had more kids in our community on this timing then we as ppl would be on path to be in a far better place. Instead we gotta culture of clowning kids with intelligence as lames and squares. Need to promote more of this and slowly transform our youth into the Malcolm's, MLK, Garveys we used to have rather than the overall lack of intellectuals we currently breed that are reading on a <6th grade level.:francis:

Props to this youngin, positive sht i wanna see rather than the usual doom and gloom sht thats projected for our future as a community :salute:

I’m not dissing him. But she didn’t have to have him on TV rocking those cloths. If that was my son, he wouldn’t have been looking like that.

But I digress. The main point to take away from this story is fostering education and learning at an early age. You don’t wait until pre-school or kindergarten to teach your kids. The earlier the better.

Right... The good news is if your nephew is as intelligent as you say he's definitely not listening to you.

Man’s gonna crash out when he can’t get no girls :mjcry:
Yea i feel like he's missing out on a substantial part of the college experience. College is supposed to be where you mature, not go through puberty. Should've kept him in high-school and just supplemented his education with college courses.

You gotta cut the cord now.

My aunt was HIGHLY UPSET that her grandson was so enthralled with basketball when he was entering HS. She kept telling his parents to push him away from sports.

Got him interested in IT by the end of his freshman year. He’s been doing IT internships every summer as a high schooler, and now he’s in college in a 5yr program where he’ll graduate with his masters at 23. If he wants he could have a PhD knocked out before 30. :wow:

It’s possible; you just have to get in their heads while they are young and get the wheels turning.

Yea ... I'm supposed to have this Convo with him.
Ain't work up the nerve. I just want him to be happy but I know what's best. Lol
MFers ain't going to the league and u want all ur brain cells when u become an adult.
He is good at both academics and sports. But like u said, the strides he could make just focusing in on the academics could be greatly increased

nikka gonna look at me funny cause I boxed for so long... But I'm gonna say kook at me nikka. I'm retarded, do u wanna end up like me
