Jesus fukk cruiserweight :picard: i dont like this jumping around in weight at all, especially if he plans on going back down. We've seen the end to this story before :francis:.
Canelo getting slumped is the only way this story ends breh. I've already accepted it. I think even he knows it. He just wants to leave a crazy legacy behind before that happens.

Fair warning I'll be pulling cards if you're not hip on makabu and think he is known like that over the likes of Andrade and co

You better not be implying the level of risk is anywhere near in the same stratosphere as a guy who started pro at welter fighting a damn cruiserweight :gucci:

Roy moving up to heavyweight was :damn: even if Ruiz struggle boxing ass was the opp. It was a huge risk off size alone as is this.

Going to Cruiser: Cool. Gonna be interesting to see the fight and respect the accomplishment if he pulls it off.

But you're lying if you don't see that this dude keeps on avoiding a certain caliber of opponent. And you can't tell me this fight is gonna make more money than GGG 3 or 'Mall would. You just can't. Cap on that play whichever way you want to make it.

I kinda get it in a risk/reward sense about not wanting to deal with those two dudes at LHW. But that's kinda it. If someone's being risk averse you gotta call it what it is. And that's the thing. This is a win/win for him. If he loses it's just "he want all the way to Cruiser!" But nikka, ain't nobody asked for that.

This is a business decision, but this ain't legacy defining shyt.

If a black fighter was moving like this the world would have all sorts of "coward" takes on him and we gotta be real about that.

Why does Canelo keep on not fighting the best opponents available to him?

And I still think it's gonna be Charlo or David next. This is just team canelo making it official that cruiserweight is 100% in their plans now. They never entertained it before. But I still see Charlo or David in May. Definitely not trying to see canelo move up to 200lbs then come all the way back to 168 for those fights. He's gonna take years off his career.

Mall hasn't even moved up to 168, he is fighting bums at 160 and made all kind of excuses when David called him out.

Roy didn't get called coward when he didn't and last I checked he was black, maybe because Jacobs and Lara aren't black.

Oh I know makabu is very capable of ripping canelo's head off with shots but I also know the mileage that guy has lol.

It's more on ppl stanning blindly and not knowing why in this situation:pachaha:...I just dont want hear certain fighters are not known or this that and the third breh if this makabu fight comes off
