Just ship it to Canada or Mexico then ship it back to the us. There’s services like that in a lot of countries where if there’s no Amazon in say Paraguay, you can order Amazon and have it ship to a middleman and then the middleman will ship it. It’s inconvenient as hell but a workaround and I’m sure services like this exist.

I'm confused, do you think DHL is delivering packages all the way from China to your door? In most cases, these packages are turned over to USPS for last mile delivery to homes.
Yellow DHL truck always pull up to my house when my wife order random shyt from shein or temu:manny:
