The problem is the roster, not the coach.

Facts, the Roster is too top heavy. This is why the Lakers were "leading 75% of the series" against the Nuggets. Once either Lebron or AD rested on the bench, the lead slowly dwindled
Anyone who says that the Lakers "could have beaten anyone outside of the Nuggets" is straight up delusional. They also played a similar game against the Pelicans in the Play-In.

Look at the score at the 5:10 mark. Same story like the Nuggets series. They were up big, then going into the 4th quarter Zion and the rest were closing the lead rapidly, until Lakers got lucky that Zion got injured, and they were able to win.

Being top heavy and having your 2nd best player be 39 years old is to blame. Not Darvin Ham

They'd have given OKC hell. They are strongest where OKC is weakest.

That's delusion. They were up by 18 against the Pelicans in the Play-In and were about to lose the game, ran out of gas, in the 4th quarter until Zion got injured. Literally the same type of game as the Nuggets series. This isn't just a Nuggets vs Lakers thing

Coaching in the nba the worst out of the professional sports. Can't even take time to gel and grow with a team

Not even close. Compared to Soccer NBA coaching is like a long term gig. NBA average is like 2.4 years soccer is like anything between 1.1 to 1.4 years

Some teams have 3 different coaches in a season and that's not including the interims/caretakers.

In Italy a president will fire a coach, hire someone else then fire them only to turn around and hire the person they originally fired because its against the rules to hire an already employed coach within the league.
