- This FTC has been going hard against mergers because it perceives them as anti-competitive therefore hurting consumers due potential high prices. It is going after Apple for their app store policy and the DOJ going after Apple products incompatibility with other non-Apple products forcing users to purchase the ecosystem

- It is looking into the concentration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) private companies and different directors across these companies serving in each other's boards

It wonder whether these policy changes are binding because they did not go through the legislative process and are akin to executive orders meaning if a Republican administration (less regulations) comes to power, they can undo all this work by having their own ideological aligned ppl in the FTC or DOJ
