If I'm the Nets I still play out the season.

He'll do a sign and trade or they get cap room.

They're already over the cap, so if Kyrie walks I believe they can only replace him with a mid-level exception player.

Yeah, honestly I see where Kyrie is coming from, why would he want anything less than a fully guaranteed deal without stipulations?
