It's in kyrie best interest to secure that 4 year deal. If hes not a model citizen the rest of the year then he has serious issues. That said, once he gets that 4 year deal..hes liable to demand a trade to the lakers any day after that. Wouldnt be surprised if rumors pop up again in a year

I didn't say anything about what Luka can or will do, I was replying to the "how can kyrie play with luka" angle somebody was talking up. Kyrie will be fine, and I fully expect them to mesh well.
If Jalen Brunson can thrive with Luka then kyrie will as well since he's a better version of JB. TBC but I'm expecting them to do well as a duo
But we have actual results to judge and Kyrie hasn’t truly meshed with any team his entire career.
Both Kyrie and Luka are extremely ball dominant and not in a playmaking way. They thrive when they are the guy.
