Republicans then demanded a separate package for immigration. Senate republicans proposed one, the WH largely agreed to support it, and suddenly House republicans started saying no deal will happen. And now Trump says no deal should be made. Yet I'm supposed to believe Biden is the problem here. Ok.

Natural guard members aren't getting paid much and are on the verge of losing their civilian jobs due to these long deployments.
