The fact Abrams knows she has to turn out new voters and not rely on White moderates will give her a good shot.

The Dems in Virginia made it easy as crap for anyone to vote(early, mailed, etc).

Ethiopians are still black. So the Republicans in Georgia are going to lump them in with the rest of the black people and make it harder for them to vote even though they are voting GOP.
