Philly has so much housing density it's not gonna be much, the city is poor overall and is one of the most affordable major markets because of crime, poverty and etc.

I'm actually thinking of buying something there in a couple of years because prices aren't that high

Only been to kensington a few times. Each time, i saw multiple naked zombies stumbling around

Its in every street in that area not just the strip. Its a LONG strip. They just deeper in now. Youll see a buncha lil tents setup, filled with like 5 fiends each selling drugs to the rest while the block guys watch on their stoops of their homes. Thats why its so hard to clear out. The homless are the “dealers” noone holding but them. And cops cant just clear out homeless tents all night like they can drug blocks. Theres issues with that.

They just setip somewhere else or they use a new guy. Obv all the drugs are coming from the guys in the block but none of em hold it its way harder to round em all up.

Kensington was a real life hamsterdam for real. Cops dont arresst anyone over there unless you shooting. And theres a reason every white kid in nj and pa ends up there. Its relatively safe. Noone will bother you. It was 100% like the scene at night in the wire. Cops on corner dozens of buys going on all around them. What they gonna do ? People come from all over the country to buy there. Especially after covid when H just dissapeared and dope became fent (more like research opiates) and xylazene.
