Probably move him to an extremely minimum security prison where he'll have all the amenities of one of his hotels. He'll still have secret service protecting him.

That's the absolute worst case tho. He's 100% not doing any time or if he does it will be done from one of his mansions for "national security" reasons.

He has involuntarily secret service protection for life, which is something he’s probably already had for majority of his life.

Realistically in the worse timeline he isn’t spending a day behind bars.
