That's already happened in the past.

Wellness Policy was never legit and everyone knows it. It's always been there just for PR after Eddie and Benoit, which is why no one ever gets popped that matters or is obviously on shyt besides Orton, who they wrote in new rules for to get rid of strikes so they wouldn't have to fire him. It's never meant dikk. The drug testing in the 90s was more stringent and enforced.
