The speech actually felt like a 80's foreign policy Pres. Reagan oval office address. It felt nostalgic.

The speech will be received well. I definitely think those old school Dems, old school anti-Trump Reagan Republicans and moderates will really appreciate it and that plays to Biden's advantage politically because that's a strong voter base. I don't think Biden needs to worry about the minority who are shytting on the speech. That's just noise from people who already didn't like him. The screaming and loud noise may make the opposition seem more forceable, but it's just noise that isn't reflective of the greater population therefore it won't effect the voter base in 2024.
