Yeah, it was a pretty scary. I think the anxiety of the situation made it even worse.

My symptoms went from no appetite and an upset stomach to fevers, no taste or smell, weird body aches and crazy chest pain. Also some of the most uncomfortable sleep of my life. It was points where as I’d finally start to fall asleep, it became harder to breathe. Was really weird, but the worst of it lasted about a week.

I still feel like I have little lingering issues here and there. I get heartburn a lot which Is something I have never dealt with in the past, but other than that I’m okay.

my situation was pretty mild but it still wasn’t fun. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I’m lucky Im healthy and had a light battle, some people don’t make it out of this shyt
I never got tested and I've stayed isolated but I'm pretty sure I had mild Covid for a week around May. Chest pains (especially after I woke up), body aches, trouble sleeping, heartburn after eating 'n shyt. Never lost my taste or smell though, so I don't know.

This was pretty much me for the last week in December. I know people who have had it worse, or died. So I'm lucky that for me it felt more like a case of the flu. My smell is just coming back. Even if it didn't, I'll take that over being in a hospital or worse.

you should try to get an antibody test if you aren’t afraid of having your blood drawn

that's what I ended up doing because at the time when I was sick, I couldn't get tested. My doc told me that if I think I have it, don't even leave the crib. Just stay home unless it becomes an emergency..

so I pretty much didn't know if it was actually covid or not until I was able to get an antibody test a few weeks after recovery which confirmed I indeed had it. Knowing you have antibodies is pretty reassuring. You feel a little level of protected for a while.. only problem is, like any antibody from a novel virus, they don't last forever. 4-5 months later, ya back to square one basically
