I think Bill is in a great position to win early. There’s so much talent here in NC and he’s getting them to commit early. Talked to a couple juniors from Charlotte schools that committed and they talked about all the championships he won and how great it was to meet him. Nobody is dominating the ACC anymore and he could easily jump out there and do damage. Can’t wait to see how it goes.
I think the problem with Bill is you have to bring in all of Bill’s guys and let Bill do everything his way.

Not the level Bill could demand more than anything. Dude simply has more people to call on due to absurd more recent success - and at the college level, with a non-premier program, Pete would be doing the exact same things anyways.
Belichick would be the GM again if he took a NFL role(or at least have full control of the 53 man roster). I don’t believe that is happening with Pete and the Raiders
We just saw Liam Coen, a nobody who burns bridges everywhere he’s been, tell a team they need to get rid of the GM before he would take the job.
