But who is defending anyone here, KD is a decent defender when he wants to be….but then cp3, booker and ayton leaving you a black hole….bridges and cam were the function cog in the wheel pieces that made it work… crowder gone too…..this is a wait and see to me

I see this as a 2 yr window.Bridges was starting to turn the corner, but he does that every year.Go on a hot streak for a month, but then disappear in the playoffs.His defense is overrated, also.Net fans will find that out.Cam Johnson's just an often injured 6th man.His body can't handle being a starter.That was partially the reason he was projected to be a 2nd rd pick coming out of NC.Bad hips & durability issues.He's basically TJ Warren.The way I see it, the Suns are a CP3 upgrade away from stretching this out to a 3 yr window.His deal expires at the end of next yr.There's already rumblings about the Suns pursuing Sam Presti & Shai Gilgeous Alexander.The new owner is a player friendly guy with pockets deeper than Ava Divine's azzhole.Athletes love living in AZ.They're going to attract a lot of free agents.This trade turned the Suns into one of the big bullies on the block.They'd be just another middling playoff team/2nd rd exit with Bridges & Cam.I like the new spot the Suns are in.

I dont think i have ever seen a team playing great ball and being top 3-4 team in they conference, implode like this and trade away their hof players with only picks and auxiliary players to show for it.

The suns path wont be easy. Devin and durant still aint back. Cp3 is not what he was last yr which is massive because he wasnt that impactful like expected.

Like Mentioned, thier playoff line-up will be meek.

Once the adjustment period is over, it's hard not to see a '21 Nets situation where they seem so borderlined OP that only shyt luck injuries can get in their way. At the same time, they're injury-prone/brittle enough that, just like the '21 Nets, that very well could happen to them.
