Yes The US and Russia is funding and powering this war but at the end of the day shyt started way before there was a US and Russia.

If it was just stones they would be throwing them at each other.
The Israelis developed the Iron Dome and it worked until it didn't.

At the end of the day these people are determined to fight each other so they will develop weapons on their own.
