Baby stopped paying taxes on his Miami mansion in 2014. He now owes the county 600k total in property taxes on his house

combined these dudes owe a cool 1 million in liquid cash for 2 houses. It looks like right now that neither can help each other....This is so complex b/c people who live check to check go years without paying their property taxes b/c in most cases they're just getting buy. People who "supposedly" have hundreds of millions of dollars don't roll like this.

expect Lil Wayne's contract to be sold extremely soon. They won't even allow Baby to pay all his online.....They want half in certified funds in person :francis:

Wayne himself (the artist) owes more than the label owners (figures). Wayne owes 700k and he hasn't paid his property taxes since 2013....He in all probability will lose his mega-mansion due to tax default unless he finds a buyer.

Wayne is currently scrambling to sell his house before they take it. He has it listed for 12 million currently

It all makes sense now. Wayne was pretty content as long as the checks were coming and he could keep his bills paid, once those checks stopped, and he could no longer keep up his main bills, he started to lash out, and continues to lash out now.

Slim hasn't paid ANY property taxes since 2013, and Broward County Florida has taken action, and are prepared to sell the tax certificate on the property, and then auction it off to the highest bidder in April 2019. The tricky part here is that Slim MUST pay his overdue taxes in full before May 25th, 2017 or he will lose his house which BTW is the biggest house in all of South Florida :wow:



He is now so far behind on his taxes that the county will not accept any partial payments from him, he must pay the entire balance which is $389,000. Slim obviously doesn't have that much liquid cash at his disposal at the moment, and he has been reaching out and trying to work with his brother Baby to clear the debt and save his home :birdman:



Baby does not have that much cash at the time either, or at least not enough where he can offer a loan to help his brother which is why and how the Lil Wayne fiasco all started, b/c neither brother can give Wayne the 10million dollar advance he would be owed by releasing Carter 5, ironically the Wayne vs Cash Money beef really started brewing around the time Slim last was able to pay the taxes on his properties which was when CMR was really rolling in dough.


Which is exactly why Baby and CMR are not responding to this public spat with Wayne or really engaging Ross b/c they know if people dig deep enough that CMR would be EXPOSED :sitdown:

Didn't read anything this guy said based on him being exposed in the Death Row thread, but I'm shocked no one has pointed out yet how Birdman in this pic looks very similar to Crying Jordan
