damn shame....how Slim let this house go into disarray like this....shiit was just built in 2007....that's still brand new for a house....if them CMR boyz looked after their homes like this, i can only imagine how they looked after their artists' careers SMH

Damn shame how they wasted that fukking house. If they maintained it slightly they could have turned around and sold that shyt for 10 million in 2010 by just saying that it was Wayne's crib. shyt does look like they used it to do some music videos, throw some parties and then :camby:

I wonder how much they actually did put into it because we know they didn't purchase it. If they didn't come out of pocket more than a milli then Cash Money won just because of the use of it in videos and shyt. Probably was some shyt they didn't want but used it just to stunt.

house wast BOUGHT for 7 mil and sold for 3.1 mil. money was lost and nobody would buy a house just cuz wayne owned it for 10 mil especially in 2010 right after the recession :dead:

Slim was the only owner of that house. He got it made probably. There's no wins here breh.

I thought the house was foreclosed on, my mistake for not pocket watching.

Also I believe some filthy rich person would have purchased this if they attached the whole "Chash Money, Lil Wayne connection IF they actually took care of the house. It was built in 2007 which made it only three years old, they could have copped it and held on to it and still made a great profit off of it IMO

I always wondered about that number... theres like 63 albums on that plaque, that mean each album sold an average of 15 million, which I doubt... I think its more like they count the songs on the albums as records, which would make more sense
Yeah I'm pretty sure they're counting songs

Yes it includes all singles etc.

If they made the album covers any smaller to cover all the projects that went gold and platinum, them shyts would look like cell phone app icons.

Saying that Lil Wayne lived in the house probably LOWERS it's value. People with money don't want to live in a place that was used for stripper parties, drugs and rap videos.

anybody can get a plaque saying they've sold whatever number of records they want, but that does not make it real!

fact of the matter is, this is 100% fake and embellished af. do you see any RIAA certs on that thing?

the entire "cash money legacy" is a fraud and as time goes on, we're seeing in real time its demise.

This is a Coli exclusive, nobody knows this yet or has reported this yet, and Slim and CMR are doing everything in their powers to resolve this before it leaks to the public (too late :lolbron:)

Slim hasn't paid ANY property taxes since 2013, and Broward County Florida has taken action, and are prepared to sell the tax certificate on the property, and then auction it off to the highest bidder in April 2019. The tricky part here is that Slim MUST pay his overdue taxes in full before May 25th, 2017 or he will lose his house which BTW is the biggest house in all of South Florida :wow:

He is now so far behind on his taxes that the county will not accept any partial payments from him, he must pay the entire balance which is $389,000. Slim obviously doesn't have that much liquid cash at his disposal at the moment, and he has been reaching out and trying to work with his brother Baby to clear the debt and save his home :birdman:

Baby does not have that much cash at the time either, or at least not enough where he can offer a loan to help his brother which is why and how the Lil Wayne fiasco all started, b/c neither brother can give Wayne the 10million dollar advance he would be owed by releasing Carter 5, ironically the Wayne vs Cash Money beef really started brewing around the time Slim last was able to pay the taxes on his properties which was when CMR was really rolling in dough.

Which is exactly why Baby and CMR are not responding to this public spat with Wayne or really engaging Ross b/c they know if people dig deep enough that CMR would be EXPOSED

Yeah I was wondering that too, what kind of show is this? I watched another episode after this, and that fat guy gave his white son I guess money to buy a house to fix up and flip, and the black son is complaining that the white son gets money but the black son has to work. The fat dad just looked at the camera like :comeon:
