How at all would this put an asterik on the season? Whatever team is bound to win the title is already in the playoffs, Pelicans or Blazers weren't about to pull off any upsets 
So lets say hypothetically speaking the nba resumes the season in August and KD is ready 1 play? Do the nets play him assuming they finish the regular season and play in the playoffs?

The other fear you have to have is players being out of shape when they return. I don't trust many of them to stay active. We saw what the lockouts did. Hopefully no Shawn Kemps

I hope they have 4-6 regular season games and go back to a best of five series first round to “make up” some time...also because it’s better.
