People should make it a habit to drink a smoothie every day. It helps a lot. Ever since I started I've had maybe one mild cold in the past 2 years. It doesn't take long to strengthen your immune system. I use Rhonda Patrick's recipe as a guideline. Except for the collagen powder. I also put an extra lemon and add some stevia. shyt comes out bombI think people are going too extreme on both sides. Unless this virus mutates, most of the population is safe.
