Houston is perfect on paper, if he was younger this deal would have been done already but I understand why they are hesitant due to age. On paper though, he fits with them defensively and they get a go to guy when they need a bucket.

He took some mid Heat teams and overachieved on a couple of playoff runs. I’ve never thought he was a true #1 option on a championship team though, just my opinion though some may disagree and that’s fine.
From a management perspective you got to know when to move on from guys though. Thank you for your service but this isn’t working anymore.
