Lenny Dykstra was a World Series champ and MLB All Star and the feds got him on fraud charges a few years ago. Athletes have connections, but not the kind of connections that can make a federal case go away.

No. They will see time, for some it may only be months, or even a few weeks, but Feds for fraud, you're going to prison. Even all of those Hollywood folks for their payolas did some time. Hell, Huffman even did like 3 weeks.
