they have hra/hsa accounts that the employers puts money in monthly

the account is only supposed to be used to pay medical bills or prescriptions and shyt like that

I don’t know how the nba works but some companies make you submit some type of proof before you can take money out the hra/hsa account and some dont(mines dont)

basically they was taking money out the account and it wasn’t for medical reasons which is fraud and the league/insurance company want their money back

For my company, you have to submit documents (all of your medical bills that health plan didn't cover).

There’s a lot of truth in this.

That's ridiculous. :childplease:

There will be a group of players playing now caught up in all kinds of nonsense in 10 to 20 years also after losing most or all of their money. There isn't a single career/profession out there where everybody there makes all the right choices in life.

HOW DID THE SCAM WORK? AND HOW CAN THEY PROVE NO INJURY??

:patrice:
Terrence Williams and wife falsified medial invoices. for example X player would get a fake invoice for a root canal and submit to the league's medical program and if paid out, X player would kick back money to Williams.

they messed up on the paper work. it had typos and bad formatting/letterheads
