At his peak, he was a top-15 guy in the league. He's not Lebron or KD or Steph but, I think if he was on a team like the 04 Pistons or the 08 Celtics, basically a team by committee when there's "no guy" or "no first option" but everyone contributes, he would've been enough. That's how Riley should've constructed this Miami team rather than pretending Jimmy could go out and get 30 every night.
