Jimmy makes so much money that a team has to have a big ass useless expiring and the only teams who seemingly have that now are teams Jimmy wouldn't wanna go to anyway.

Are the Heat gonna be mid? Yes (they kinda have been since after the bubble, people forget that Heat team that made the Finals was an 8 seed that got the best first round matchup possible and almost fell outta the playoffs altogether). It’s a horrible look. At this point I blame ownership. As an owner, I would have been very hands on with getting a trade done asap. Regardless of how this story ends, jimmy did a a lot for the Heat at a time where the franchise desperately needed a star.
