That's what happens when you encroach on wild animals land. You end up as prey. My apartment complex is brand new and is in basically the entrance of s big ass plot of land with deer, snakes, and coyotes. Peoples toy dogs get snatched up at least twice a year and they act all surprised like we didn't just build a big ass housing unit next door to at least 2 coyote packs and a bunch of rattle snakes. I see them all the time when I walk my dog early morning and late at night.

This reminds me of a thread I saw on reddit q while back where a starving baby grizzly bear ran up in a guys house. His dog was barking so he came downstairs to see if somebody broke in and had to shoot the bear.
