I'm kinda guilty of this but media coverage or the lack thereof plays a big part in that. I have the world at my fingertips just like everyone else but there is only so much bandwidth an individual can expend. I wish brehs who were better versed on this would make threads to enlighten others. But if I'm keeping it funky, the shyt going on with Palestine/Israel/Iran/Yemen/Iraq, etc... is top tier global fukkery and it's impossible to take your eyes off of if you have any interest at all in geopolitics.

I also think its because of who controls the media apparatus and race... the media is usually fixated on the middle east cause the owners are white/jewish and thus they keep an eye on the region... and secondly no black media conglomerate exists on that level to broadcast or cover black areas and or these white owners just doesnt care about black struggles and or wars....

I get what you're saying, but I feel like the masses wouldn't be okay the media focusing on black struggle. I feel like most cats protesting on either side of this Gaza shyt would be complaining if the news cycle focused on Africa atrocities.
