Another day another L for civil rights.
I am hoping the states and AG's, and the coalition behind the movement to get the ban stayed, and removed can hold up to the DOJ pressure. Sessions will go all in on this, and I hope the turmoil internally paralyzes the effort to overturn the stay on the ban. As for the the rest of AG, this will be a disaster. Sessions doesn't have any idea about real law enforcement policy, in 2017, he's a relic from the 80's. I think this new admin will be really inept, but they will counter with extremely heavy handed tactics, which is a Sessions/new admin favorite.
As long as he cleans up fraud in the H1b Visa program nothing else matters to me.
