That run n gun style can only take you so far. It's fun to watch though.

yeah, well we didn't exactly light the world on fire with fatboi iso ball. the Nugs are an athletic and uptempo team just like OKC, the real question is will some of our young dudes take the next step and/or can Masai flip some these assets he acquired into a piece that can push us over the top.

he needs to learn how to play team defense i.e. get his awareness up... if he transforms into an anchor, the Nuggets could cause problems

but its JaVale..

The thing is, OKC has three players you can throw the ball to and you can let them go to work. Denver has none of that.

Denver actually has 3. Lawson and Gallo can create their own shot and post-ASB, Afflalo was our most prolific scorer and shown the ability to generate offense. it's a matter of consistency (and in Gallo's case, health), not ability -- hence, "taking the next step".

I agree, but Mcgee's length and athleticism creates too many mismatches on the offensive end. he shouldn't solely focus on being a Tyson Chandler clone.

Let em know. That Game 5 performance was probably one of my favorite individual Nugget playoff performances of all-time. shyt was so unexpected. And against the Lakers. And after Bynum said what he said. shyt had me extra proud.

Could possibly be a 15-10-3 guy which is pretty damn good these days.

Then again he could just be content with the money and sandbag it :jawalrus:

:usure: His momma won't let that happen.

I'm excited to see who steps up. We don't have any bonafide superstars. We do have a few proven vets and a bunch of young guys who have the talent and potential to be something special. I hope GK uses our depth better this season.
