He was already going to do it. It's the same as pretending twitter verification would be 20 dollars then saying it's 8. It was always going to be 8.

He's getting told that he needs to shut the fukk up and get off twitter because investors are losing money. They're losing millions every week and it's bleeding into other things he's affiliated with like tesla and spaceX. He's going to step down but still own the company and micromanage whomever is actually dumb enough to accept thr role so they can be the face of all his dumbass ideas. If that person is unpopular enough he'll tweet another dumbass poll asking "should I come back?" So he can do this all over again. He's a lunatic and a moron who thinks he's smarter than he actually is. Unfortunately, in a world full of idiots, the least idiotic person is smart by default.

Pretty much
He's socially retarded not stupid unfortunately.
The idea of somebody being stupid to take the job is funny though I'm pretty sure setting my family up for generations with wealth would be worth being the ceo of a failing business

He'll still OWN Twitter, though. Do people know this? :why: HE, Elon Musk, will appoint a new CEO, not the people. :snoop: :mindblown: It's like Bezos and Amazon. Bezos is no longer CEO but he still OWNS Amazon and appointed the new CEO. Even Musk said "Be careful what you wish for :troll:"
Elon musk is the largest shareholder in twitter but he still has to answer to investors the same way he would have to if the company was public. That’s why when the second largest investors in twitter tell him to step down, he steps down. They’ll likely have a say in the new CEO.

He’s such an idiot that he’s completely in over his head financially right now so he’ll take anyone’s money. The Saudis are big oil and they don’t believe in free speech. They’re literally the antithesis to Elon’s purpose in owning tesla and twitter :heh:

It wasn’t always going to be $8. Elon is literally making things up as he goes along. We can clearly see this with the clusterfukk that is twitter’s policies. He will literally create a policy only to find out that it’s universally disliked or flat out illegal and reverse the policy hours later.

This. It's painfully obvious the man had no concrete plan whatsoever and has no clue what he's doing.

no it isnt

its just middle aged white supremacy
If yall don't get the fukk out of here with this "everything is white supremacy" bullshyt. Bezos likely has similar views and opinions as Musk yet isn't out here imploding his companies. Same with Zuck and a host of other billionaires. This is an Elon issue. Specifically that he's a terrible, emotional CEO whose success has largely been a result of a lack of market competition and large amounts of government subsidies. Tesla began the implode the minute the market got competitive, and without a government bailout his Twitter run will fail. This has less to do with political views and far more to do about management skill. He micromanages, refuses to properly dispense duties, doesn't listen to lawyers, and doesn't listen to accountants.

There is no downfall. He will still be worth many times more than he could spend in a thousand lifetimes when this is all over. Still have power that his wealth affords him. He will take hits to his personal reputation but will still have fawning morons no matter what he does.

He might be on the way to being disappeared by Saudis if he fukks their money up

Myself and my own.

Yeah he has been doing the most basic entry level shyt that new business owners do, but skipped over having an actual plan or strategy to follow through. It's like he's picking and choosing moves from a business school textbook without any actual understanding for the business he's running.

There is a downfall. It’s just that the media isn’t going to cover it as such. Remember this is the same guy that said he wouldn’t invest with bill gates because “he couldn’t be serious about climate change if he has a short position against Tesla”

Now here he is kissing the ring of big oil because he fukked up and was forced to buy twitter and now he needs their money. He can no longer be taken seriously on any climate change or environmental endeavors. The only reason he hasn’t been kicked out of Tesla over the twitter fiasco is because they don’t have an independent board.

Stay tuned. These next few years, Teslas may be irrelevant because the competition from actual car companies caught up and has better infrastructure for the long haul
