If he argues it was tempered..the law has to prove it wasn't... It's the same reason they said it was outside of the period they could prosecute him, because they can't, it wasn't reported on time.

On top of that.. I believe they said that so he felt safe saying it was him and claim the crime, which he did...and now he just learned even if police can't charge him....FBI can.

The charges aren't for those things. Investigations happen in stages which is why the close rate is so high. By the time you hear a fed case is coming, you've already gotten a picture of their character.

This is why it's over for Puff and he gave them everything on a silver platter:
- Reckless and Lawless √
- Capable of Domestic and/or Sexual Abuse √
- Potentially capable of murder (Sociopathic tendencies, with the leading witness being himself publicly releasing a statement saying none of the things we heard about were true, come to find out the incident caught on tape and revealed to the world happened exactly as Cassie wrote in her case filing)
- Witnesses have validity √ (Again, you have someone who points at Puff saying he shot her in the face, Shyne saying he didn't do.... Cassie detailing her incident and it being true, makes the rest of her statements absolutely valid)
- Painting him as a man who will stop at nothing to win √
- Evidence in a PUBLIC space √ (If he does this in a public space, what is he doing in private)
- Liar √
- Feds saying there's more video evidence √
- Indications of guilt and being a troubled man √ (Puff releasing a video saying it was him in the video w/ Cassie and that he needed therapy and not fighting the civil lawsuit with Cassie and settling in record time)

Is he being charged with that incident? Or are you saying they'll try to use this against his character?
