Snowden's in RUSSIA. Puff's not going there. And we are currently in a bad place with Russia. But, if the US really really wanted him, we could make it happen. it's a diplomatic relationship thing, most of the time. Like how the US swapped out Victor Bout for one of our citizens.
it's a bad look for any country to harbor a US fugitive. We have relationships/aid with all these countries. It's just a request. Some places are notoriously hard to get an extradition done from. The Netherland. It look almost 5 months to get Chino Antrax, Sinaloa Cartel figure out of the Netherlands, but it happened. Interpol Red Notice. You are banned from any entering any country, unless you want the US harassing you. Takes years to get cartel traffickers out of Mexico sometimes, and sometimes, it's 6 months later.
So, sure, in theory, China, Russia, Iran, North Korea would be options but that's not real life. That's not happening.

According to NBC News, Homeland Security officials seized phones from Combs in Miami before he was scheduled to fly to the Bahamas for vacation.
at this point his legal team is going to be in contact with the AUSA, and the Homeland Security lead investigators. They may be stonewalling them. Or they may be saying, it's time to come in and start talking about a plea.
My sense is they are looking to do him like Sam Bankman Fried. High profile target, get him tried and convicted and sentenced within 18 months.
Damian Williams already has that on his wall, he can add Puff Daddy.
