A policeman might be scared to go into certain neighborhoods, but the police, as a unit? Lol, they give no fukks. Cops don't look up to nor respect these street nikkas like you do. They're just animals waiting to be put down in a cops mind.

some of these cops are criminals and fukked up in the head themselves. that's what's scary. they literally get into the police force to bust people upside the head and start trouble even when there is none to begin with because that's what they're about. they're troublemakers NOT troublestoppers. there's officers that are there to serve and protect and then there's others that are there to basically go on a total power trip. bad enough, you have these guys doing whatever they please. it's a lose lose situation.

so you might have a crazy ass cop basically trying to bully the whole entire neighborhood. you put four cops where one of them are fukked in the head and then they're going to trip out even IF three of them are good cops. it takes one to completely fukk things up. not all cops are BAD but not all cops are GOOD. there was a study that did say that statistically, there's a lot of sociopaths that are cops. that should tell you something. keef is just lucky his ass doesn't get lit up. his luck was good that day.

Honestly I've only heard of one story when police decided not to show up. But every other time I've heard people say stuff like this it was on some documentary or something.

But the whole thing about police being scared to come into certain neighborhoods and them not allowed in a neighborhood seems overly dramatic. If anything the higher crime means more police presence.

Like weed said They use to Patrol the projects (snipers on rooftops and shyt.) there's no reason why they wont show up to any other block.

Then again I'm mostly speaking on what I've seen. I dunno, some neighborhoods might not have any police at all
