The CDC just said effectiveness of the vax is wearing off in Israel and ppl who got vaxxed early. Expect 5-10 boosters a year going forward.

That's what happens when a LARGE proportion of unvaccinated people remain unvaccinated. See Minnesota's measles outbreak a couple years ago. Still, protection wearing off >>>>>> no protection at all.

You could convince a few of them to stay if you REALLY increased the pay and working conditions. Not enough to stop the bleed though, but some would stay and take the vaccine. I say that because the majority of them couldn't complete nursing school and the nursing home was the easiest schooling they could finish.

The majority of those were a "chance" to win and not actually guaranteed. You also weren't going to convince people to get vaccinated with free guns when a lot of people already own guns as it is

When it comes to $100, a lot of cities and states actually didn't go through with it and got pissed that Biden brought it up in the first place. It was one of those instances of the government giving out orders without giving states and local governments the money to actually make it happen.

Well that would probably take a 200% pay raise at least.

Also it isn’t about money. For that they could just do 2-3 travel assignments. It’s the field itself, and the added stress of this, but mainly the field and what it’s become.
