What's going to end Walt and Jesse permanently is when Jesse finds out that Walt poisoned Brock with Lilly of The Valley flower.
He's going to find out one of two ways.
- Saul will tell Jesse that he poisoned Brock on Walter's request.
- Jesse will somehow, someway find the rison that Walt hid.

I don't think you understood the plan. No one was suppose to know they robbed the train. That is why they replaced the amount they took with water, so it would look like the chinese gave them a bad batch of methylamine. If they let the kid go, even with masks he would have said something about seeing men rob a train and it would spread till the police put 2 and 2 together.
