this is an orchestrated hit. This was like a head shot from a sniper at 100 yards....the NFL threshold for suspension is much much lower than it is in criminal law.

yeah but that's two separate things....a criminal investigation is one thing....the threshold is "beyond a reasonable doubt" which is a lot tougher to prove...BUT the NFL goes by "preponderance of the evidence" aka we think you did it, and we can't prove it but we're gonna find you guilty anyway.Like O.J said, there's no charges or anything at this point. It's merely an accusation, all she did is file the civil lawsuit. Which means she is only looking to win monetary compensation. Its the same as the Derrick Rose situation.
Now, From the evidence gathered in the civil suit investigation, charges could then be pursued later, which is what happened to Cosby.
