They doubled, tripled, and quadrupled-teamed Boston.........Boston put up only 9 shots and SC still beat LSU by 24 points.....Cooke scored 17 pts on 7-15 fg and Cardoso dominated putting up 18p/13r in only 21 minutes.....Angel on the other hand put up 16 pts on 5 for 15 shooting and had only 4 rebounds in 34 minutes (0 offensive rebounds)

What do you mean imaginary scenario?....SC had already beaten LSU by 24 less than 2 months earlier.....They had a clear size advantage and multiple players who had to be double-teamed.....LSU's biggest strength was Angel's offensive rebounding which would've been nonexistent against the bigger SC frontline........... It's easy for Angel to get offensive rebounds against slow-footed players who are similar in height/length....Boston/Cardoso were just too big and athletic enough to shut that shyt down.
