They say these things as facts with proof then when he get 11 more months they try to spin it into a win when the win would've been time served. Same thing will happen if 69 get killed. They say these with certain either trying to speak it into existence or hope what they're saying actually comes true. They don't know if something go happen to 69 just like they didn't know he wasn't getting out by Christmas. Well the 11 months or so is a win for 69 and the people rooting for him because under the law he deserved much more. People don’t even know where is of the circumstances that he’s serving time under. He’s probably in safe house somewhere.
