I dont think you understand the difference. He was given a option cooperate and get a lower sentence. Dont cooperate you looking at 47 to life. His peal deal is based on how truthful he was and cooperated in getting other locked up. Which he did snitching on everyone.
What the poster said above is what this minus 10 years means. Now its more of a 37 year bid before considering the plea deal and the Prosecutors recommendation of time.

That video is from September when the trial was still going. You do not get sentenced before the trial ends.

Don't be mad at her for reporting the truth. He has already been sentanced. He was given a sentence of 47 years to life. By him cooperating the judge knocked off 10 years. Now next week his new sentence will be 37 years instead of the original 47 years he was originally sentenced to. I know that hurt y'all feelings but it's the facts. It wasn't his trial. It was the dudes he told on trial. 69 had already been sentanced before their trial even started. 69 didn't take his case to trial because he could've gotten a life sentence therefore he took a plea deal of 47 years instead of jeopardizing getting life. He then cooperated to get a even lowered sentenced which he will receive next week. 37 years. 10 years knocked off for his cooperation
