Its hard to say. I dont really find anyone in this era flat out hilarious. Everything is really watered down and PC so no one has dropped anything near classic to me in ages. I will say Kevin Hart's first couple stand up's are pretty decent, but i think all of his movies(except Soul Plane and Paper Soldiers) are trash to me...And yeah i said Soul Plane isnt trash...its an ignant classic.
I don't think we love him nearly as much as you think we do unless by "young" you mean teenagers.this is it.
The younger ppl LOVE Kevin Hart, he's all they know. My era had Martin, Chris Rock, Chappelle, and a PLETHORA of ComicView/DefJam ppl who were hilarious. The game back then was stacked.
Kevin Hart, was funny in the late 00's. But I haven't liked him too much since.
I don't think so...Foxx shouted him out on the Tim Ferris podcast show recentlyyeah, I'm surprised he's even big enough to be on Breakfast Club.
Didnt Jamie Foxx say Kirkland stole from him or something?
What movies did he fundHe funds his own movies
He's in full control , they rest will complain about not getting movie roles while Kevin makes his own
Instead of hating, work with him and build ur own ffs
He only funds his stand ups (so far)What movies did he fund
A lot of black comedians dont think Kevin Hart is funny, thats fine.
Its when they start talking about his success and thats when its they'll feel they should be in that position because of longevity alone. But a lot of them dont have the work ethic Hart has.
"Everybody wanna be famous, but nobody wanna put the work in"
Honestly its hard to say because its no telling whats going on behind the scenes. Some could be auditioning their asses off and never get called back. But i know initially very few comedians wanted to embrace social mediaAnyone in particular you feel doesn't try to put work in?
Not sure(the exact film(s)), but he mentions in in his latest breakfast club interview around 13mins(not including the example given)What movies did he fund
