Had to go with coffee. It’s not even that I dislike it, I still enjoy hot coffee every once in a blue moon but I definitely prefer drinking tea with breakfast nowadays, most especially black tea.

I was gonna pick bacon or sausage but I remembered that even though I don’t eat pork anymore I still enjoy the beef, chicken, and turkey versions of them.


But I’m legit shocked so many of y’all nikkas picked grits tho By itself, it’s not the greatest thing but when you add some pepper (either diced or actual sliced but sautéed peppers), salt, sliced mushrooms, and cheese, a basic grits plate could be very delectable Don’t even get me started on shrimp & sugary* grits with gravy or salmon & grits Those two dishes especially the former are classic African American/ADOS dishes.

*Yes, I enjoy grits with sugar in them too. I don’t discriminate lol
