I talked to a black Hispanic dude and the thing this guys vice president candidate said about "whiting his gene pool " by his kids having a baby with a white person isn't abnormal in a lot of Latin countiries. It's actually a popular phase and common in many Hispanic countries and what he said typically wouldn't be thought of out the ordinary.
